EXCHANGED ORDERS

We do not offer returns at Platypus Tactical but we will fulfill exchanges. 

If you choose to exchange any Platypus Tactical products, any additional pricing is the responsibility of the customer (i.e., Return a $15 purchase in exchange for a $ 30 purchase). The additional cost will need to be paid for before any new product is shipped to the customer. If the customer is exchanging Platypus Tactical merchandise for an item of lesser value, then Platypus Tactical is responsible for the additional refund cost (i.e., Return a $30 purchase in exchange for a $15 purchase). Please note that any shipping costs accrued will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstance. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, when completing an exchange.

CANCELED ORDERS

Our goal, at Platypus Tactical, is to make sure every patron is thoroughly satisfied with their purchase. However, we do understand that things happen, and an order may need to be cancelled. 

Please note, in the event of a cancelled order, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is in place for the fees attached to all debit and/or credit card purchases. Please be aware of this before you place your order.
