PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 9am PST – 530pm PST.  Orders placed Friday afternoon – Sunday, will be processed in the order that they were received, on the following business day. ALL ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER. Please note that these processing times can vary depending on the time of year, peak season, and/or conditions outside the control of Platypus Tactical. All shipping costs for purchases are paid for by Platypus Tactical. Any shipping costs accrued during exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once an order is processed, customers will receive tracking information by 530pm PST on the day that it leaves the Platypus Tactical warehouse. We want you to be aware that your new product is on its way.

Please note that we ship with priority shipping via USPS. Therefore, items being shipped are delivered rather quickly.
